We have had a busy year. Kids in school, sports sports and more sports. Overall not enough exciting stuff to bother to share on the blog.
God is taking us down an exciting path! We have been praying for quite a while about the direction he is leading us on. It is going to be quite an adventure. Definitely more than I would have picked on my own but without a doubt the one he wants us on.
Please pray for us!!! We will need all the prayers we can get!!
SOOO HAPPY FOR YOU!!! Can't wait to follow your journey!

ReplyDeleteThank you SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo MUCH for adopting Alex!!!!! He is simply amazing! Here's link to the charty foundation that supports his orphanage and i hope it'll make you feel at least a little bit better that he lives with 8 other boys in a family-type hope and has an amazing nany that takes care of him and teaches him.

been praying for alix for some time, first heard about him after Jane visited him not too long ago
ReplyDeletepraise God he has a family;)
ok even your first post about this has me crying!!! i think i may have to stock up on the tissues!!!!! xxxxxx
ReplyDeletepraying that your journey is a smooth one. Alix caught my attention because my adoptive son has multiple missing limbs. My son's region is no longer listed on RR due to region problems so he looked and is praying for another boy at the same home as alix (Evan on RR).As a single parent with 2 boys now I don't have the ability to adopt again at this time but along with Evan I have been praying for all the boys in the home!!! So, excited for you.
ReplyDeleteWe are just so excited for you guys.. you have such a great family, and I know that they are so open to share their love. Anything at all that we can do, let us know .
ReplyDeleteBlessings
Good luck!!

I've been praying for Alix, too! So happy his family has found him!
ReplyDeleteWe are fellow RR fans and adoption junkies. So glad Alix has a family coming! We adopted our daughter at 15 1/2 years with limb differences in three limbs. If you need to chat at all we would love to share our story and home adaptations when needed.
ReplyDeleteIn case you haven't seen this video, there is a lot of footage of Alix in it and where he is living. Well worth the time to watch it.
